MTU Maintenance Hannover, Langenhagen, Germany
The Langenhagen facility is the centerpiece of the MTU Maintenance group. It is responsible for the maintenance of medium- and large-size commercial engines. These include the General Electric CF6-50 and CF6-80C2, Pratt & Whitney PW2000, International Aero Engines V2500 and CFMI CFM56-7.
Comprehensive service offerings complement the company’s line, such as engine leasing, 24-hour AOG service, training and Total Engine Care. The location is MTU’s center of excellence for high-tech repairs and is busy developing novel repair techniques.
