
To ensure a reliable future supply of highly qualified, specialized employees, MTU also relies on internal resources including its own modern training facilities, international internships and direct contact to engineering undergraduates. Accompanying and supporting students therefore is an important element in our efforts to secure young talent. In the face of the decreasing numbers of students majoring in engineering fields, we have been employing various options to generate interest and enthusiasm among young people for engine high-technology at an early stage.
