MTU Maintenance appointed Gernot Sell General Manager of MTU Maintenance Dallas Inc. effective 1st February, 2025. He takes over from Nezam Moghadassian, who is retiring from the company.
The Supervisory Board of MTU Aero Engines AG has appointed Katja Garcia Vila (52) as the new Chief Financial Officer. She left Continental AG at her own request after 27 years in various roles, including as CFO from 2021 to 2024. At MTU Aero Engines, she will succeed Peter Kameritsch, who is a member of the Executive Board and responsible for finance and IT. Kameritsch (55) has decided not to extend his contract, which runs until the end of the year, in order to focus more on Supervisory Board roles. Before his appointment to the Executive Board in 2018, he held various management positions in the areas of finance, investor relations and strategy within MTU Aero Engines.
