In our department Enablement, Site Development and Support, we view ourselves as a trusted partner to our customers. We provide optimal solutions, technologies, and services to enable smooth processes at MTU today, tomorrow, and beyond and ensure lasting operational excellence. Our activities range from production strategy, technology, and services to improvement and digitalization and from site expansion and services to construction projects.

From military projects such as the propulsive power of the Next European Fighter Engine (NEFE) to commercial projects like the gas turbine-based Water-Enhanced Turbofan (WET) engine concept for climate-neutral flying, we are an innovative, bold, and responsible team of experts working to refine and develop the MTU production strategy and optimize production processes through technology development, and we stand for ongoing improvement at every level.

From building a new test cell to a state-of-the-art technology development center, we bring our passion for architecture and solid business sense to a broad range of construction and industrialization projects and create contemporary working and office environments. From breaking the very first ground to handing over the keys, we are responsible for all aspects of professional site expansion and construction project and cost management.

From service, maintenance, repairs, and occupational safety to implementation of shop systems, provision of manufacturing equipment and supplies, and much more: In our role as service-oriented professionals, we believe ensuring an intact infrastructure for buildings, facilities, tools, equipment, and supplies and active production support come first – also taking relevant lean management methods into account, of course.
