Our diversity networks

We are proud that there are now different diversity networks within MTU, which have been founded by employees and continue to grow. They provide employees with valuable exchange in a safe space.

 

Network of Engine Women - NEW

NEW stands for ‘Network of Engine Women’ and is a cross-site women's network of committed MTU employees who provide new impetus and inspiration, as well as pointing out new paths and perspectives. True to the NEW motto: connect, inspire, change.

NEW creates the opportunity to expand your own network across divisions, to strengthen and support each other. The aim of NEW is to provide MTU with impetus on leadership, career, diversity and family friendliness which will help to increase the effectiveness of women in the company.

AeroPride Network

AeroPride connects all employees of MTU who are interested in LGBTQ+ topics and want to get involved. We aim to create a safe space for queer employees, providing new perspectives to MTU, advocating for more queer inclusion and participation, and breaking down prejudices and barriers. AeroPride's goal is to represent the vast diversity of the queer MTU workforce and address the unique challenges faced by each queer group.
