MTU Maintenance Dallas Inc.

Located at the Fort Worth Alliance Airport near Dallas, Texas, the site is MTU Maintenance’s main hub for ON-SITEPlus services in North America. The mobile team is able to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: borescope inspections, on-wing and near-wing engine repairs, and hospital shop visits for minor repairs.

The site’s portfolio consists of GE’s CF34-8/-10E, CF6-80C2/-E1 and GE90 engines, as well as CFMI’s CFM56-5B/-7B engine types. In addition, it offers services for Pratt & Whitney’s PW2000 and IAE’s V2500 engines.

It holds approvals from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and certifications from multiple other regulatory agencies across the globe. In spring of 2023, MTU Maintenance Dallas moved to a 43,000 square meters facility, which will include an engine test facility with up to 100,000 lbf of thrust.
