Safety first — in aviation, flight safety is the top priority. Safety forges trust. At MTU Aero Engines, we stand not only for safe products and services, but also for trusted legal compliance in our conduct. Our clearly formulated Code of Conduct is binding throughout the Group. It is the gauge by which we measure our actions, and we strive to honor it every day.

Our specialized compliance teams ensure that all MTU employees are familiar with, understand, and comply with all the relevant national and international statutory regulations as well as our own internal directives. We do not tolerate unlawful conduct. In particular, this applies to any form of corruption, extortion or fraud. Breaches of applicable law can lead to disciplinary action, claims to damages, or the termination of business relationships.
