Patronage
In 2014, MTU Aero Engines Polska took patronage over the Technical School in Leżajsk. As a part of the “Entrepreneurship Week” organised at the school, we support students in acquiring interpersonal skills necessary in the education process, job search or career development.
Workshops for students
Our experts from the areas of manufacturing, technology, engineering, IT and HR share their knowledge, by conducting workshops. Participants have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of topics and meet our staff who present and explain all topics that are interesting for students.
Themed visits
The opportunity to see in practice what you learn about during classes is very important in the educational process. Therefore, we often host groups of students for the so-called themed visits, during which under supervision of our employee students can visit the production hall and observe the process they’ve learned about at school
Open lectures
From time to time, our employees become teachers and visit the ZST school to give a lecture. They explain what their day-to-day work is like and go step-by-step through the most important aspects of the topic they have prepared for the students. We hope that our actions will support the new generations' passion for aviation and that in a few years our actions will have a positive result, i.e. well-prepared candidates for work in the aviation industry.
